1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for using MyBizPoint (the "Service"). It protects our customers, our infrastructure, and third parties. By using the Service, you and your users agree to this AUP. It is part of our Terms of Service.
2. You may not
Break the law. Use the Service to violate any law or regulation, or to facilitate illegal activity.
Misuse personal data. Upload or process personal data (including employee/contractor SSN/EIN, location, or bank details) without the rights, notices, and consents the law requires. You must not use worker location tracking in violation of applicable employee-privacy or labor laws.
Infringe rights. Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
Harm security. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other tenants' data, or our systems; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization; bypass tenant isolation, authentication, rate limits, or usage limits; or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
Introduce malicious code. Upload viruses, malware, or anything designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access.
Abuse messaging. Use email, SMS, or WhatsApp features to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages, or to send communications without the recipient's required consent. You are responsible for complying with anti-spam and telemarketing laws (such as CAN-SPAM and TCPA) for messages you send.
Overload or scrape. Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure or extracts data beyond your own, except through interfaces we provide.
Resell or misrepresent. Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Abuse the AI assistant. Use "Natasha" to generate unlawful content, to attempt to extract other tenants' data, or to evade these rules.
Process prohibited data. Use the Service to store or process data you are not permitted to handle, including, unless we agree in writing, full payment card data outside our payment processor or regulated data requiring special handling.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account and within your tenant, for the conduct of users you invite, for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload, and for maintaining appropriate consents from your own staff and clients.
4. Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may, with or without notice depending on severity: remove or disable content, throttle or suspend access, or terminate your account. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities. We will try to give notice and an opportunity to cure where reasonable and where doing so does not increase risk.
5. Reporting abuse

6. Changes
We may update this AUP. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
